Adding a job is super simple, just give us a unique job number and name and click 'Save Job'.

This job will now be accessible for staff to log time against.

This job can be linked to a custom process you have set up in Processes. e.g. if linked to a Process P, might move this job into Phase 1 on creation.

Assign a priority to this job e.g. Urgent, High, Low

A reference number for this client e.g PO number

Site Address
An address that is linked to this job. This will be used for directions to the job.

Expected Start Date
Expected job start date.

Expected End Date
Expected end date for the job.

Requires Signature
Whether job requires a signature

Job Documents
Can be added when job is created

Link materials to a job

Add fixed costs linked to this job
