In order to use Facial Recognition for an employee, they must have a picture set against their account. What most companies do is use an existing picture taken on clock in as their profile picture.

To do this is very straightforward, simply perform the following.

  1. Go to Employee Directory here

2. Click Edit on the Employe

3. Click Choose from Existing Image. This will show 20 random images taken for this employee.

4. Click the relevant image you want to select, this will update the profile picture

5. Click Update Employee on the bottom to save the changes
